" width="127" height="160" />You say you know where your money goes and you do not have anything written to keep up with it? I ask you this challenge. Stay informed of every penny you spend for one month, and I mean every penny. You will be shocked at what the itty Bitty spending could reach. Take the total you just one unnecessary item devoted to the month, multiply it by 12 for months in a year and multiply the result by 5 to represent 5 years.

That’s how you could have saved on interest and signed in just five years. That, my friend, is exactly the reason all of us need a budget. If we control the small expenses that really do not matter to the general scheme of our lives get, we can enjoy financial success. The little things that are really count. Cutting what you spend on lunch from six dollars a day to three U.S. dollars per day on each day five days a week saves $ 15 a week … $ 60 per month … $ 720 per year … $ 3,600 in five years …. Plus interest.

See what I mean … it’s really the little things and you still have lunch every day and that was only one place to save money in your daily life without doing without one thing you really need. There are many places to cut costs if you look for them. Set some specific long term and short term goals. There are no wrong answers here. If it is important to you, it’s important period. If you want to make a down payment on a house, a college fund for your children to start, buy a sports car, take a vacation or something … … that is your goal and your reason to get a grip on your financial situation now.

Have you ever noticed that the things you buy every week at the store and hardware store trip up a few cents between shopping? Not much … with just a little each week but they kept creeping up and up. All you need for price jumps with a lot is a little hiccup in the world wide market, record gasoline prices related to world affairs.

There are ways that we can keep these price increases from impacting our personal finance so much and it is to buy in quantity and finding the best price possible for the things we use and will continue to use everyday … things will remain the same also on the shelves in our homes such as on the shelves at the grocery store or hardware store. For example, dog food and cat food costs about 10% less when bought by the case than when purchased in a single can price and if you wait to close the price you save more than that.

Set aside some space in your home and make a list of things that you use regularly that will not break. Any grain or grain products will need to be stored in airtight containers that rats can not enter into so remember it. Then off to find the best price you can get the total purchase such things as bathroom items and dry and canned food.

You’d be surprised how much you can save by buying £ 20 bags of rice as opposed to one pound bag but do not forget that it should be stored in rat proof containers.

You can buy some clothing items like socks and underwear men because the force does not change, avoid buying children’s clothing and women, the changing styles and sizes change too drastically.

Try to obtain and maintain a two-year supply of this item and you can save hundreds of dollars.
